We asked for the unit to be painted before delivery and we are happy with the outcome. We have main two issue with the unit but have decided to keep the unit anyway as the size and look fir with our decoration. The first issue is that it does not sit level on a carpet so we ended up putting 3 coasters under the bottom on one side. Secondly the lighting is badly designed as each glass door section has their own individual light and lead with a switch on the lead and plug so you need to have 3 plug sockets available or use an extension to be able to use the lights and the leads are not long enough because the switch on the leads do not fit through the hole provided in the back of the unit. so we currently are not using the lights which is a shame as makes the unit look nice if we could use them!!!
When an order is received, our operatives will pick out the furniture and check it over before it is prepared for collection by our specialist furniture couriers which usually takes a maximum of 10 to 15 Working days. From there it is collected by the courier service which will aim to deliver your furniture to you within 5 Working days of the warehouse dispatch date.
Please note that to avoid delays in receiving your items. It is essential that you leave a valid contact telephone number & correct address with full postcode when placing your order. The reason for this is that our courier service will contact you directly via telephone to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Please note that our delivery is "doorstep only". Our couriers are not insured to bring furniture into a room of choice and may refuse if asked. Please ensure you have the necessary help to move and position your new furniture.
